Moving is stressful enough—let me handle the deep clean. My move-in/move-out service ensures every corner is spotless, whether you're welcoming a new beginning or leaving a space ready for the next chapter.

Pricing: Starting at $50/hour + HST | 6-hour minimum

This is my most detailed service—perfect for empty or nearly empty homes that need thorough attention.

Best for homes: 1,400-2,000 sq ft; larger homes may require additional time

    • Kitchen: Deep clean of all surfaces, appliances (inside and out when empty), cabinets (exterior and quick interior wipe), baseboards

    • Bathroom(s): Intensive scrubbing—toilet, sink, tub/shower, tiles, grout, baseboards

    • Bedrooms: Closets, baseboards, window sills, walls (spot-cleaning)

    • Living areas: Baseboards, window sills, detailed dusting, walls (spot-cleaning)

    • All floors thoroughly cleaned

    • Inside cabinets and drawers (quick wipe)

    • Inside oven (deep scrub beyond quick wipe): $50

    • Inside fridge (deep clean beyond quick wipe): $50

    • Interior windows: $5 per pane

    • Window tracks: $8 per window

    • Blinds dusting: $15 per window

    • Bed change: $15 per bed (linens provided)

    • Wall washing: $90 per room (beyond spot-cleaning)


    Note: Move-In/Out service already includes basic baseboard wipe and quick cabinet/appliance interior wipe. Add-ons provide deeper cleaning in these areas.

Recurring Service

Perfect for: Keeping your home consistently clean

Enjoy a consistently clean home without lifting a finger. My recurring service keeps your space fresh and welcoming with regular maintenance cleaning. Choose weekly for high-traffic homes or biweekly for lighter upkeep.

Pricing: Starting at $40/hour + HST | 4-hour sessions | Weekly or Biweekly

Why recurring? Regular cleaning is faster and more efficient. Your home stays cleaner with less effort, and you save money per session.

Best for homes: 1,400-2,000 sq ft with regular upkeep

    • Kitchen: Counters, sink, appliances (exterior), stove, table, floors

    • Bathroom(s): Full cleaning—toilet, sink, tub/shower, mirrors, floors

    • Bedrooms: Dusting, vacuuming, bed making (if requested)

    • Living areas: Dusting, high-touch points, vacuuming, mopping

    • Consistent attention to the details that matter most

    • Baseboards (whole-home wipe): $50-120 depending on home size

    • Inside oven (deep clean): $50

    • Inside fridge (deep clean): $50

My one-time cleaning session gives your home the attention it deserves. Whether you need a refresh between regular cleanings, are preparing for guests, or just need a helping hand, I provide thorough cleaning of your main living areas.

Pricing: Starting at $45/hour + HST | 4-hour minimum

Why one-time? Sometimes you just need a thorough clean without the commitment. Perfect for special occasions, seasonal deep cleans, or when life gets busy.

Best for homes: 1,400-2,000 sq ft in average condition

    • Kitchen: Countertops, sink, appliances (exterior), stove top, backsplash, floors

    • Bathroom(s): Toilet, sink, tub/shower, mirrors, fixtures, floors

    • Bedrooms: Dusting, vacuuming, bed making (if requested)

    • Living areas: Dusting surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, high-touch point cleaning

    • All floors vacuumed and mopped
