Weekly service is the easiest way to keep your home feeling clean all the time: less buildup, faster maintenance, and a more consistent baseline week to week.

Pricing: Starting at $200 + HST per visit (up to 5 hours on-site)*

    • Kitchen:

      • Wipe and sanitize counters/surfaces

      • Clean sink + faucet

      • Wipe appliance exteriors

      • Spot-clean high-touch cabinet fronts

      • Quick tidy/reset, floors (vacuum/mop as needed)

    • Bathrooms (2 max):

      • Sinks/counters/fixtures

      • Mirrors

      • Toilets

      • Tub/shower (maintenance clean)

      • Trash refresh (if needed)

      • Floors (vacuum/mop as needed)

    • Living / main area + bedrooms (2 max):

      • Dust key surfaces

      • Quick bed reset

      • Spot-clean fingerprints on glass as needed

      • Floors throughout (vacuum + mop as needed)

    • Whole home:

      • General reset

      • Garbage refresh as needed

    • Bonus: A Detail Rotation focus item (as time allows)

  • Each visit typically includes 1 rotating focus item.

Bi-Weekly Maintenance

Perfect for: Lighter-traffic homes that still want regular upkeep

Bi-weekly service follows the same overall maintenance structure as weekly cleans. Because there’s naturally more buildup between visits, I prioritize the essentials first, then add detail work if time allows.

Pricing: Starting at $220 + HST per visit (up to 5 hours on-site)*

Deep Clean

Perfect for: A fresh start, seasonal reset, or getting your home back to baseline

A deep clean is a one-time reset booked in 5-hour visits. I focus on the highest-impact areas first, then deeper detailing based on your priorities and the number of visits booked.

Pricing: Starting at $225 + HST (per 5-hour visit)*

  • Most clients start with the highest-impact areas first (kitchen + bathrooms). I can also prioritize one or two special focus items, depending on buildup and how many visits are booked.

    • Baseboards (whole-home wipe)

    • Wall/door spot wash (high-touch areas, fingerprints, scuffs)

    • Inside oven

    • Inside fridge

    • Interior windows
