  • 2. Meet for a Walkthrough

    This is our chance to meet, walk through the space, and go over any priorities you might have. Afterwards, I’ll put together a tailored quote and send it to you the same day.⁠

  • 3. Book Your Service

    Once you accept your quote, we’ll schedule your cleaning date. Your appointment is fully confirmed once the service agreement is signed and the booking deposit is paid.⁠

  • 4. Enjoy Your Clean

    I’ll arrive as scheduled and complete your clean based on the plan we confirmed. You’ll come home to a fresh, sparkling space.

Initial Clean

Perfect for: A fresh start for new clients

Initial Cleans are designed to get your home up to Perfect Day’s baseline standard. Once that baseline is established, it can be maintained with recurring service. At least one Initial Clean session must be completed before recurring service can begin.

Pricing: Starting at $300 + HST per 5-hour visit*

Full checklist: Provided with your estimate.

    • Initial Cleans are completed in 5‑hour visits.

    • Most homes take 1+ visits depending on size, buildup, and how clear surfaces are.

    • I prioritize the highest-impact areas first. These are typically kitchen and bathrooms, followed by living areas (bedrooms, offices, living rooms).

Recurring Clean

Perfect for: A consistently “reset” home

Recurring service is the easiest way to keep your home feeling clean all the time. Choose from weekly, biweekly, or monthly service. At least one Initial Clean session must be completed before recurring service can begin.

Pricing: Starting at $230 - $250 + HST (up to 5 hours on-site)*

Full checklist: Provided with your estimate.

    • Kitchen + bathrooms prioritized

    • Floors throughout (vacuum/mop as needed)

    • General reset/tidy so the home feels consistently maintained

    • 1 rotating detail focus (as time allows)

Deep Clean

Perfect for: A special projects or seasonal reset

Deep cleans are built around your priorities, be they an all-around reset to get back to baseline, or a few high-impact detailing projects. These cleans are booked at an hourly rate, as client needs will vary.

Pricing: $60 Hourly + HST, 5 hours min*

Full checklist: Provided with your estimate.

    • Choose one of two options:

      • General reset: bring the home back to baseline

      • Special-focus deep clean: I spend the session focused on the detailing projects you care about most

    • Either option may take 1+ visits depending on the home’s size, buildup, and priorities
